Your Skin’s Own Repair Process, Professionally Guided
Starting at $50 (includes LED light therapy)
Perry Hall clients are just 1.7 miles down Belair Road from our Nottingham studio, on the same US-1 corridor that carries most of the community’s daily errands. Once you’re here, the idea behind microneedling is refreshingly simple: your skin already knows how to heal and regenerate, and a session gives that built-in process a deliberate nudge.
Holistic care shapes every treatment we offer. Rather than masking what bothers you, we coax your own collagen production back into action so texture grows smoother, pores look tighter, and your natural radiance returns, all without toxins and without the kind of downtime that clears your calendar.
Maybe it’s thinning hair, fine lines, lingering scars, or a complexion that’s lost its brightness. Whichever one brought you in, the treatment works with your body’s regenerative abilities, not against them. Results that last start beneath the surface. It also fits neatly into a Perry Hall weekend, whether you stop by after a morning on the trails at Honeygo Run Regional Park or between errands along Honeygo Center Drive.
Benefits of Microneedling
- Prompts your skin to make more of its own collagen and elastin, and many clients spot a visible difference after their very first visit
- Delivers a more refreshed look by evening out tone, smoothing texture, and restoring overall firmness
- Softens how noticeable scars, fine lines, and large pores appear
- Relies on no harsh chemicals or injectables, focusing instead on your skin’s natural ability to renew itself
- Works well for most skin types, with recovery time that’s minimal or nonexistent
Inside a Microneedling Appointment near Perry Hall, MD
Every appointment opens with a one-on-one skin consultation so we can shape the treatment around exactly what you’d like to change. Before we begin, a numbing cream goes on to keep you comfortable from start to finish.
Next, a sterile microneedling device creates precise microchannels across the treatment area. Those tiny channels set off collagen production along with your skin’s own healing response, so over the next several days your complexion looks noticeably smoother, firmer, and more radiant.
Want to take your results even further? Adding Facial Gua Sha or Facial Cupping to your visit gives circulation and luminosity an extra lift.

About Perry Hall, MD
Perry Hall takes its name from the colonial-era Perry Hall Mansion, which still sits on a hill overlooking the Gunpowder River valley, and the community has held onto that rooted, close-knit feel even as newer neighborhoods have filled in along Honeygo Boulevard. Weekends here tend to revolve around the outdoors: trails and ball fields at Honeygo Run Regional Park, the all-abilities playground at Angel Park, or a hike along the Big Gunpowder where Gunpowder Falls State Park borders the community’s northern edge.
That down-to-earth, outdoorsy lifestyle is a big part of why Perry Hall clients are drawn to The AcuBar. They want skin care built on the same natural approach they bring to everything else, and they’d rather not drive into downtown Baltimore to get it. Our Nottingham studio sits right on Belair Road, the stretch of US-1 most Perry Hall residents already travel for groceries, school pickups, and dinners out, so a microneedling visit slots easily into the week instead of taking over the day.
